La Fruitière, a new single house on 1300 sqm of fenced ground, will welcome your family or friends during your holidays in the south of France.
Idealy located 1.5 km from the city centre, you will easily walk to the market or the antique theatre during summer evenings. During the right seasons, a small and local producer of fruits and vegetables can be found 500 m away.
The house offers a living area of 135 sqm.
The ground floor has:
- a living room/lounge, a dining room, and an open plan kitchen.
- a double bedroom (160 cm) has access to a terrace and a private shower room with a walk-in shower and a wardrobe.
- one separate toilet
- a storage unit (washing machine, pantry, etc.)
Upstairs are:
- one double bedroom (160cm) and a storage unit.
- two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) with storage units.

The house is traditionally constructed (wood and exposed beams). The walls are coated and the floors are polished concrete. La Fruitière is South oriented which will allow you to enjoy the sun all day long.
In the garden are trees tipical from the Mediterranean area and some fruit trees.

Summary: Absolutely had a wonderful time is this beautiful and tranquil setting. Hosts were extremely cooperative and understanding. Would thoroughly recommend this magnificent home to all travellers.

Summary: The house is great and I'm a good location. Sadly I wish to say that the owners demand a 500 euro CASH deposit and although we left the house in very clean (spotless!) condition with no damage the owners deducted 60 euros for cleaning and wouldn't discuss this or compromise. If you are happy to be treated like this and pay an extra 60 euros please use this house. If not their are other houses in Vaison. Vaison is a lovely town.

Summary: This house is highly recommended. It has everything you need and there is plenty of space in and around the house. Everything is spotlessly clean on arrival! The appearance of the interior is peaceful and highly functional. All desirable facilities are available. The house has been built recently, so it has no defects at all. The concrete screed floor is easy to clean. The house is not lacking daylight because of large windows. For children, this house is absolutely ideal: The pool and the entire property is enclosed with a fence or wall. There is a large garden around the house, including a small playground. The owners are welcoming and very nice. The location of the house on the outskirts of the village Vaison, can be characterized as peaceful. The rolling hills with its vineyards in the area are breathtaking. In short, a place where you can have a wonderful holiday.
